At Positively David, every piece of artwork is created with care and attention to detail.
Original Artwork
All sales of original artwork are final.
Prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Due to the personalized nature of commissioned artwork, all commission sales are final once work has begun.
Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or insurance claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment.
Once production has begun or an item has shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
